What does it cost?

Pricing starts at £3,000 per annum, which when compared to a 100Mbps Leased Line looks remarkable value for money.

What Speeds can I get?

The circuit can be delivered with either 2 or 4 pairs. 2 pair Bonded FTTC will deliver 160Mbps download and 40Mbps upload. 4 pair Bonded FTTC will deliver up to 320Mbps download and 80Mbps upload.

Are they guaranteed speeds?

Yes, we will let you know what speed you can receive and they are then guaranteed.

The reason Managed Comms is able to offer guaranteed throughput speeds is because the Bonded FTTC is uncontended. In other words you will not share the bandwidth you have ordered with other business and other users.

Where in the UK can I get Bonded FTTC?

The service can be delivered anywhere in the UK where cabinets are currently enabled for FTTC.

Complete the form with you postcode/location or call us on 0800 075 4433 and we’ll check and send you a quote.

What are the lead-times for Bonded FTTC?

The standard lead-time is 4 weeks, however if you opt for the fast track this can be delivered within just 10 days.

What other costs are there?

Managed Comms provides everything. The phone lines, the FTTC service, managed hardware and static IP’s.

What are the SLA’s?

Managed Comms provides Premium Care as standard with all of our Bonded FTTC packages and therefore the return to service SLA is 8 hours. (ADSL carries a fix time of 40 hours as standard so this genuinely is for business critical connectivity).

The Bonded FTTC service also carries a guaranteed uptime SLA of 99.99% and has automatic failover between the pairs, i.e.  if one of the Bonded FTTC circuits was to fail then the connection would still remain active.

Managed Comms aim to answer all support calls within 3 rings (10 seconds). We have our own UK NOC and support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
