» Cheap Leased Lines for All?
You've heard the fuss about bonding broadband, but you need a leased line - so the question is "does bonding broadband deliver a cheap leased line alternative?"
Like everything in IT the answer is - "sometimes".
A leased line (even a cheap leased line) is a known quantity, you have guarantees in black & white, you know what you are getting. The trouble is, even a cheap leased line can be expensive. You may want a cheap leased line but are you prepared to compromise on performance?
A dedicated connection can be expensive to set up, expensive to maintain and could take up to 90 days to install. You may want a cheap leased line but are you prepared to wait?
Given that the days of MLPPP are behind us, is bonding broadband a serious proposition anyway?
Managed Comms have developed a way of bonding broadband to deliver truly bonded xDSL. Our solution delivers a single logical connection, meaning - whether you are bonding to the internet or point-to-point - you get increased throughput and automatic failover between links.
So if you are looking for a 4Mb internet link and you were looking for a cheap leased line, 2 x 2Mb SDSL as a bonded broadband solution could be just the "cheap leased line" you were looking for.
Better still, if you are not SDSL enabled (and if you aren't by now, you never will be) why not bond 3 x ADSL MAX links? You will almost certainly see significantly more bandwidth than a cheap leased line, delivered over resilient connectivity for a massive cost reduction.
You may want a cheap leased line, and we can't give you the same guarantees. But we can back up our promises with a 99.9% SLA, and deliver much more bandwidth than a cheap leased line (or even an expensive leased line).
If you are looking for a cheap leased line, it may be that nothing else will do. But bonded xDSL could be the answer.
Cheap leased line or bonded xDSL? You pay your money, you take your choice.
