Step 1

Our services are fully customisable. Some customers know what they want and we are happy to accept instruction. However more often a business wants to be able to concentrate on its core business and employ experts to help with technology. In these instances we are happy to consult with you, at no extra charge, to help you get the most from a Managed Communications service.

Interaction with Managed Communications couldn't be easier. Working daily with customers to help them improve their business is what we do well. We can be contacted in person, online or by phone and are able to visit your site at your convenience.

Step 2

Our technical expertise in managed networks is very strong and all proposals that we design for you to will be technically underwritten. This gives you the comfort that we have network design at the forefront of our delivery process - it also means you know what you are buying upfront.

Step 3

Upon receipt of any order you will receive acknowledgment the same business day. Thereafter we will maintain contact with your nominee to ensure that you get a clear picture of delivery. At any stage our experts are only a phone call away if there are any problems or concerns. The delivery will not be considered complete until both parties have agreed that the service is operational. Constant communication through delivery.

Step 4

Once implemented we continue to proactively support your network. We quickly deal with any service issues that you may have. We rapidly answer any queries that you may have, and a dedicated email service desk will log and track issues. For simple queries we will provide you with an email response and for more complex issues we will contact you to discuss matters and update you on progress.

Customers use Managed Communications to help improve their business. We need to be highly responsive in order to help you achieve your business goals. As such any communication that you have with us either in person, on the telephone, online will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. The employees of Managed Communications all have relevant industry experience of working with managed networks and have the authority to act quickly and in the best interests of the customer.

Our service promise relects our responsive nature - any query will be answered within one business day in fact we aim to respond within 1 working hour. Further to this it is our aim to create a personal rapport with everybody we do business with.
