Bonded ADSL to replace government broadband initiative

Bonded ADSL a viable alternative to superband project

ADSL bonding is being suggested as a more effective way of achieving high-speed connections as a new report reveals it will cost £170 million to ensure complete superband coverage across the UK. The research, from broadband analyst firm Point Topic, discovered substantial investment was require in order to guarantee super-fast connections throughout the country.

The survey, which examined the benefits of nationwide superband coverage, discovered the cost of financing the project was substantially greater than originally predicted. Furthermore, the report speculated that 2012 was the earliest that the system could be implemented.

A number of businesses in rural areas across the United Kingdom are currently unable to access high-speed internet. However, many organisations are choosing to subscribe to an ADSL bonded connection from Managed Communications instead.

A bonded ADSL connection uses multiple ADSL lines to create a single high-speed connection. The service is already available in a number of remote regions and guarantees upload speeds up to 10Mbps. A bonded ADSL line is also backed by a 99.9 per cent S.L.A, ensuring that companies can access a consistent and reliable connection.

Those interested in a bonded ADSL line can contact Managed Communications to discover more about the service. Our team will be able to answer any queries you may have about this high-speed connection.
