» We did it! Managed Communications have completed the 3 Peak Challenge and raised over £5,000.00 for UNICEF! - May 2009

Employees of Managed Comms have completed the 3 Peak Challenge in 72 hours. The company, which is the UK market leaders for Leased Line alternatives embarked on a 3 day hike across the UK climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowden.

The challenge started at 7am Saturday morning and finished at 2am Monday morning. Sales Manager, Dean Whiley, added the following comments – ‘I’m really proud of the team, they each gave up their Bank Holiday weekend to test themselves with a mentally and physically demanding challenge for a fantastic charity’.

‘Each employee raised over £250.00 and some of them even got their partners involved! It was excellent for morale and there was a real sense of camaraderie out on the mountains – although there were a few hairy moments!’
